room washer resort location unsecured wifi limited cutlery
the staff were helpful . the rooms have a washer and dryer (which was very useful!). the resort is close to outlets and dining options.
the wifi was unsecured and had very poor coverage. i found limited cutlery and kitchen essentials in my room.

Spacious Rooms and Great Location
useful vacuum great location clean rooms
I appreciated the broom, vacuum, and ironing board available in the room. The resort is very close to outlets, grocery stores, and numerous dining choices. Rooms are spacious and clean , which was good.
During my visit, the pool seemed strange. The water was salty and the floor felt sandy , which I did not enjoy.

beautiful pool pleasant staff smooth check-in flat tire unclean condition dead batteries
the pool was beautiful, it invited total relaxation. staff was very pleasant, they always greeted me. check in was smooth, I felt welcomed from the start.
the luggage trolley, it had a flat tire and almost fell. the general condition, it was not very clean unfortunately. there were dead batteries, they were in the tv remote controls.

great location delicious food dj plus
i really liked the location this time. using the pool and bar was nice and the cafe had good food. the dj was a plus.
the toilet flooded the entire bathroom and bedroom. this really ruined the trip. i have reached out to the hotel and have not heard back.
