I appreciated the broom, vacuum, and ironing board available in the room. The resort is very close to outlets, grocery stores, and numerous dining choices. Rooms are spacious and clean , which was good.
During my visit, the pool seemed strange. The water was salty and the floor felt sandy , which I did not enjoy.

the pool was beautiful, it invited total relaxation. staff was very pleasant, they always greeted me. check in was smooth, I felt welcomed from the start.
the luggage trolley, it had a flat tire and almost fell. the general condition, it was not very clean unfortunately. there were dead batteries, they were in the tv remote controls.

i really liked the location this time. using the pool and bar was nice and the cafe had good food. the dj was a plus.
the toilet flooded the entire bathroom and bedroom. this really ruined the trip. i have reached out to the hotel and have not heard back.
